Luciana Bonancio has served as managing partner and project manager since 2021, in addition to working as a translator, proofreader, editor, teacher, and linguistic consultant. She has been a senior translator at Cactus Communications since 2017, specializing in scientific articles in the fields of life sciences, medicine, and education.

Since 2005, she has collaborated with Ad Litteram Tradutores Associados on projects for major companies such as Volvo, O Boticário, and Embraer. She also teaches medical and scientific translation at institutions including Faculdade Phorte, PUC-PR, Tradusa, Cult, and Quijote, and coordinates the Continuing Education Program at the Brazilian Association of Translators and Interpreters (Abrates), where she has served on the board between 2022 and 2026.

Luciana holds a graduate certification in Teaching for Professional Education (SENAC, 2014) and in Translation and English Language Teaching (PUC-PR, 2005), where she wrote a monograph on literary translation. In 2026, she completed a graduate program in Translation Project Management with a focus on AI (Faculdade Phorte). She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine (UFPR, 1994).

Additional professional development includes training in literary translation, scientific writing, and creative translation. She has over 20 years of experience as an English teacher at Senac-PR, working with all levels and training professionals across the state of Paraná.

Samantha Santos has been a managing partner since 2021, working with translation, proofreading, editing, teaching, and linguistic consulting, with a focus on medical, marketing, and education content. She has been a professional translator since 2005, specializing in scientific articles, editorial translations, and corporate documents.

Since 2010, she has collaborated with Ad Litteram Tradutores Associados, managing projects for companies such as Grupo Boticário, CVale, Volvo, Caithec, and Dexco.

Samantha also has over 20 years of experience teaching English at SENAC and SESC, as well as in higher education at UTFPR and PUC-PR. She specializes in teaching English to senior citizens, the focus of her specialization research.

She has served on the board of Abrates between 2023 and 2026, contributing to events, certification, and mentoring programs. She holds graduate certificates in Medical Translation (Faculdade São Camilo) and Translation and Teaching Methodology (PUC-PR), as well as a degree in English Language and Literature (UFPR).

Davi Bonancio Pauka is part of the LSD team as a managing partner, teacher, sworn translator (JUCEPAR 25/301-T), proofreader, and financial manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Law (UFPR) and a graduate certification in English Translation (Faculdade Estácio).

With over 15 years of experience teaching English, he works with adult learners at all levels, prepares students for Cambridge proficiency exams, and offers specialized courses in legal and business English. He currently provides personalized training tailored to each student’s goals, including preparation for meetings, presentations, and lectures in English, as well as Legal English courses for lawyers at Descomplicando o Inglês Jurídico.

Davi has worked as a freelance translator since 2013 and as a sworn translator since 2025, serving clients in areas such as law, accounting, medicine, biomedicine, and education. His work includes technical translations, scientific articles, manuals, contracts, and legal and corporate documents.

He has also completed training in interpretation, including introductory conference interpreting, and has experience as a bilingual host and guide at international events such as Cirque du Soleil tours and COP/MOP.
